Blind Tasting of Moscatel Pisco

"For all those who think that being a sommelier is the same as being a taster, they are absolutely wrong, because the sommelier, in addition to knowing and understanding wines and strains, DOC, D.O. etc. etc. has to be a gourmet..." Sommelier Rosario Fraga de Leon

+OIV Standard Deviation: What does this mean?
According to the regulations of the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV) competitions, the scores of tasters that differ by at least seven points from the average will not be considered for the final average. A lower standard deviation indicates less dispersion, more calibrated tasters, and closer scores, resulting in greater accuracy.
