Quebranta: this variety results from genetic mutation of the black creole grape brought by the Spanish conquerors.

Mollar
Mollar grape: which can be white or red, its name comes from the conduction mode of the vineyard

Negra Criolla (Black Creole)
This grape variety from the valleys of Arequipa, Moquegua and Tacna is non-aromatic. It is possibly the oldest of the varieties brought by the Spanish.

Uvina
There's no other place in Peru or in the world where Uvina Pisco grape grows.” It's a traditional Pisco grape variety "non-aromatic" from Lunahuaná, Pacaran & Zuñiga Valleys.
