Some Descriptors Of Moscatel Pisco
Appearance: Always clear, colorless, bright
Nose: Fresh, well-balanced in alcohol;
notes of white fruit, peach,
white and red flowers (jasmine, rose),
citrus (mandarin, passion fruit),
syrup, fruit compote, spices (vanilla,
cinnamon), nuts, black raisins.
Palate: Fresh, tasty, with a spiciness reminiscent of ají;
notes of white fruit, peach, quince,
balanced sweetness, dried fruits (pecan), citrus;
medium-long persistence with a finish that evokes ají.
